The Basehor-Linwood Board of Education is offering for sale approximately 12.65 acres of land through a competitive bid process. Interested parties are invited to submit bids in accordance with the terms outlined below:

Approximately 12.65 acres
Minimum bid requirement: $20,000/acre

This will be a sealed bid process starting February 4, 2025 through March 31, 5:00 p.m. with a bid opening on April 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The winning bidder will be notified after the Board of Education has made its decision.

Terms and Conditions:

• Bids submitted must meet or exceed the minimum bid price of $20,000 per acre.
• The District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids, if deemed in the District’s best interest.
• There will be no improvements made to the land and will be sold as is, and accepting no contingencies.
• Buyer agrees to pay all closing costs.
